We did a phone screen with Krystal S. and after several email exchanges, we confirmed a day/time for a face-to-face interview. Krystal cancelled 15 mins. before she was due to *arrive* at our home. Despite our favorable impression of Krystal initially, we felt that her last-minute cancellation was not very professional or considerate.
