Kyana had a great interview with us, and her references were stellar. We could tell she was experienced and cared about her patients. She was hired to fill an ongoing caretaker role for a family member recovering from a stroke. Within her first week of work, a couple of days were missed due to a family emergency. And then ultimately she had a personal situation that prevented her from continuing with the job. I don't think we got a full week of care. We hired Kyana for her stroke care background and experience. We wish we could've had a long-term working relationship.
