She is very sweet with a great personality, but not dependable right now. I wish I could give her a better recommendation, but we have been left hanging several times with her personal issues and that can't happen when my bedbound 88 year old mom is depending on someone to show up. If it was just once or twice, it could be excusable, but it was more than that in a very short amount of time. She is good at her job though and very helpful.
