About Lara

I know parenting can be exhausting but also a rewarding adventure! That's why I love supporting family health and well being. I coach parents and children who are struggling with life skills, relationships, challenging behavior, potty training, disordered eating or sleeping, and trauma. I have over 40 years experience babysitting and parenting 6 children. My children and I all play multiple instruments and especially love to sew, read, cook, hike, camp, ski and play music and tennis together. More importantly, we love and support each other through our ups and downs. I value a positive learning environment in the home, along with lots of outdoor exploration. I have a special passion for encouraging curiosity and creativity. I charge $30 an hour to teach your children life skills, cooking, sewing, music and nature exploration.
