About Laura

Hello! I believe in building a connection with my client. I am a dependable, empathetic, and open-minded person. I have 3 kiddos so having a routine, being organized, cooking, cleaning, and running errands is always a full time job. I have 6+ years of experience with senior care, dementia care, and 2+ years of hospice care. I started my profession as an Activities Aide in a long term care and rehabilitation facility. At the same facility, I received my certification as a Nursing Assistant. I furthered my experience and began working for agencies as a Home Health Aide. That's when I fell in love with this profession. My first client whom I had for 2 years, had Alzheimer's Disease. Afterwards, I maintained up to 12 clients for the next year. I decided to further my experience even more and became a self-employed caregiver. I was blessed to care for someone with Huntington's Disease. I stood by his side for 2+ years. I'm here to serve and help people age with dignity.
