About Laura

I'd describe my personality as hard working and dependable. I like working with kids because I love seeing kids learn while they're growing and helping be apart of that. I'm looking for a job that can help me build my career and give me more knowledge and experience to some day open my own daycare. I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old for families in the neighborhood. A few years ago I also went and stayed in North Carolina for a few weeks to help a family friend which 3 of her kids while her and her husband had to go away from some training. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and family as well as relax and crafting. One thing you should know about me is I'll treat your kids like they're family. My skills include my ability to stay calm in stressful situations, my ability to help kids work through their emotions/help calm them down and helping kids with schooling or just learning in general.
