I have been teaching 1st and 2nd grade in the Sjusd for 6 years now. I have my BA in Early Childhood Studies and Masters in Multiple subject teaching credential at SJSU. I have a lot of experience with reading instruction for struggling readers and can help with math as well. I specialize in children ages 6-8. Before tutoring I would love to get a look at the materials and subject to see if I am able to help. I can assess your child and come up with some materials and a plan. I am very positive and patient with children and understand school can be hard! Because I have a dream to teach in the classroom I know I would be a wonderful candidate for in home tutoring :)
