Home care for a senior. Administered medicine, meal prepped, took them for walks, helped with daily activities and drove to appointments. I'd describe my personality as calm, reliable and honest. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy helping others. I find it satisfying to engage in activities that maintain their motor capabilities such as a walk or gardening and cognitive by writing a letter or playing a game. I'm looking for a job that is a good fit for me as well as the person I am caring for. I started caring for seniors when in 2008 In my spare time, I lspend time outdoors, hiking, gardening or taking a walk. I enjoy spin classes at the gym and yoga. I love spending time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I have been in this community since I was born and I have a strong connection with my family and friends. I My skills include engaging them in physical activities as well as cognitive with compassion, strength and flexibility.
