About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I am an 18-year-old Nursing Major at the University of Kentucky. I am so excited to continue caring for children and broaden my childcare experiences! I love spending time with children and helping them develop through every stage of childhood. Most of my work experience is with toddlers around 1-2 years old. I love to sing, work out and draw. I'm so excited to help you with your childcare needs! I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible and gentle. I like working with kids because of how genuine they are. Helping and caring for people makes me happy, and I enjoy hearing the unique ideas and perspectives of children. I started working with kids in the Summer of 2022. I primarily worked with toddlers ages 1-2, but I also gained plenty experience with infants aged 4-11 months. In my spare time, I like to be with friends, sing in my church choir, and listen to music. My skills include leadership, problem solving, and child supervision and safety.
