About Lauren

I would describe myself as out-going, kind-hearted, genuine, reliable and optimistic. I started working with kids when I was in high school, I would watch my friends or families kids & sometime multiple at a time. I've always had a "motherly" vibe even when I was a child myself. I've always wanted to be the one to take care of the kids & be the person that they can look up to & take example from & rely on. As an adult I worked as a behavior technician for kids with autism & it was a rewarding job. I would be in charge of the kids for the whole work day, be in charge of feeding, changing, potty training, schooling and provide behavior management. In my spare time I like to cook, paint, be outside, hang out with my friends & my pets, and when I can find the time, I love to go the beaches. My skills are cooking, cleaning, potty training, changing, schooling, bathing, redirecting from tantrums/behavior management
