About Lauren

I am currently a community health nurse, which is where my heart is, and work per diem as an acute medicine nurse through a reputable medical system. I have comprehensive training in disease management, dementia care, medication management, wound care, medical follow up, advanced directives, and holistic lifestyle management. I am a wife, a mom of four, the owner of a vibrant hobby farm and a vehement advocate in community health. I'd describe my personality as loyal, passionate and adventurous I like caring for seniors because I've learned the most about life through their eyes and experiences. I'm looking for a job that gives me an opportunity to be more engaged with my community I started caring for seniors approximately 15 years ago In my spare time, I like to garden, hike, explore, craft and be with my family and animals. One thing you should know about me is I take my role as a health care professional seriously and I am best when I feel productive.
