I have always loved working with both seniors and children. During my high school years, I worked as a nurse's aide for 3 years on the nursing unit in an assisted living community. I also took care of my mother-in-law in my home while she was in hospice. I cared for her while raising three small children and helped improve the quality of her life until she passed away. I also have experience with Alzheimer's, both personally and professionally. I have been a paraprofessional/teacher for the last 8 years in LISD. I worked with children with Autism and special needs, PreK-5th grade. I love working with kids and would be interested in a full-time Nanny position.
