Leah worked for us for about a month on a weekly basis to care for our 2.5-year-old son. She picked him up from school 3 days a week and she also cared for him on a regular basis when my husband and I had work commitments. As a family, we cannot explain our love for Leah. My son who still has stranger danger feelings for almost any caregiver was just accustomed to Leah almost within a day. She was entertaining him every day with different activities, she was able to convince him in a very calm manner, and also she was caring for him just beautifully overall, every day. One week, when my husband and I, both ended up having work commitments and couldn't be home, she was very flexible, took care of everything including bedtime and she just accomplished everything just like we talked and more. Right now, she is a part of our family and we just cannot wait to see her again. Our little family loves Leah so much and I think your family will also as well.
