If you need a caregiver for your child in the Bay Area, Leitzel is your golden ticket. She has been our toddler's nanny for a little over a year and has truly broadened his world (and ours). She was born and raised in the Bay, which means she knows the playgrounds, the activities, the public transport routes, the groups, and all the little nooks and crannies which can make this city so enjoyable and enriching for kids. She has a career-long understanding of kids’ developmental milestones and can quickly navigate and nurture them based on years of experience. She is an incredible cook and has absolutely expanded our own culinary horizons. But overall, we love Leitzel because of who she is: kind, nurturing, funny, protective, and whip smart. Having her as part of our family has felt like the most natural thing in the world, and our son has grown so much under her wonderful care. We are absolutely devastated to have her leave us due to life changes on our part, but we hope a loving family looking for a true one in a million nanny will quickly snap Leitzel up.
