Lia has been with our family for 6 months and is a fantastic caregiver to our 9-month-old son. We are first-time parents and Lia’s extensive knowledge of childcare and years of experience, plus her focus of working with first-time moms, put us at ease when it was time for us to start working again. Lia is punctual (consistently early), reliable, and communicative. She keeps us updated about our son, flags any concerns, and is always excited to tell us when he learns something new. She keeps a log of his sleeping/feeding schedule throughout the day so we can reference later if needed. Lia loves to stay active. She is great at multitasking and likes to stay very, very busy. She has a lot of energy. She loves to take our son for walks in the park. When they are at home, Lia always goes above and beyond. She is independent and stays busy. She dresses him in the morning, prepares and feeds him meals, changes diapers, plays, manages his nap schedule, does his laundry and his dishes, and cleans up after everything she does. She is an immense help. Lia also practices and teaches developmental skills. She has helped teach him how to roll, clap, eat solids, etc. Lia is patient, kind, nurturing, attentive, and consistent. Lia sets our son up for success. We trust Lia fully when it comes to our son. We are always asking her questions and for her advice and she steers us in the right direction. We value her recommendations and insight. Lia keeps our son safe and happy. We are so grateful for Lia! We highly recommend her for any caregiver position!
