About Libby

My past experience started with working as a Teacher at a daycare where I handled a group of six 1-2yr olds. I then worked at a behavioral health hospital where I learned to navigate difficult mental health concerns with adolescents. I have also work at an Autism speciality school, where I worked with one child who had very severe behaviors associated with Autism. I learned ABA communication styles (which are great for kids w/out autism as well!) , patience, and my unconditional love for my kiddos! I've been a tech at a Hospital and am currently a tech at a behavioral health hospital, where I work with adolescents every day. I'm looking for a lower stress job where I can have fun with kiddos. I am a nursing student with a schedule that changes every 8 weeks. However, my classes will almost always be done before noon. My skills include working with children that have Autism, ABA style communicating, and creating enrichment activities based on developmental age and skills.
