About Lilian

I am loving, compassionate, honest, and a listening caregiver. I have been providing care to the senior for 6 years. I have worked in rehabs, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, and private homes. I am professional and I put the need of the clients always at first. I also follow the care plan laid by the families of client recipient. My main goal is to make the care recipient comfortable, active, and happy. I try to engage them in activities, be it watering the flowers or helping in preparation of snacks. My main goal is to ensure safety and independence. I will do my best to make sure that the goals of care plan are achieved and hope at the end of the day that I put a smile in the client's face. I have lot of experience dealing with clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I also have experience with clients who are either on walker or wheelchair. I also assist in medication reminder.
