About Lilia

Lilia took care of our daughter and our good friends' daughter from seven months to two years old. We parted ways because the girls are going to preschool. If I were to sum Lilia up in one word, it would be trustworthy. We found that Lilia was both skilled with the girls during the infant stage and a helpful teacher to them as they entered toddlerhood. She has a deep understanding of development needs and helped our daughter to learn many songs, colors and with general language development. A few highlights: - Helps you to understand where the children are developmentally, especially helpful when infants - Cooks amazing and healthy food for the children from scratch. Lilia takes care of all meals! - Daily storytime and singing with the children - Art class - watercoloring, drawing, and play-doh (her play-doh skills are amazing!) -Teaches the children counting and ABCs - Extremely creative, she even made a crib from an Amazon box for our daughter's dolls - Skilled at establishing a routine with the children - Takes the children to the park daily - Very loving with the children (they love her!) - Encourages independence with the children while establishing appropriate boundaries - Punctual and responsible - Provides regular updates during the day, including photos - Helpful with all things for the children, including laundry - Over 16 years of experience - Lilia does not require much input but she is very respectful of parents' wishes. Overall, Lilia has shown our daughter so much love and kindness. We also have a dog and Lilia was always so sweet with her. Our daughter lights up every day when she sees Lilia. We will miss her dearly.
