About Lillian

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and gentle. I like working with kids because I learn so much from them. I learn how to see the world through their eyes. Being around kids brings out my inner child, which I think everyone should tap into every once and a while. I love working towards, watching, and celebrating milestones. I find being a part of a child's development to be very rewarding. I've been around kids for as long as I can remember. I am the oldest in my family, so I got to see all of my siblings and cousins grow up. I was always asking to babysit for my family, and I loved every minute of it. However, I started being paid to work with kids at my first job I got when I was 16. I worked in the nursery of a gym caring for kids varying in age from infants to 10 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, play guitar, and learn Korean!
