About Lillie

Honestly my love for working with kids came from an early age. Not only am I the eldest kid in my family (dealing with a younger brother), who interacted with a lot of baby-sitters, I was also in a father-daughter group from ages 6 to 16/17. I always doted over the younger girls and wanted to make sure everyone felt included and safe. It made me happy knowing they had an older girl to look up to and ask for help. I also wanted to make sure they had someone to relate to, as I was very much the "quirky" kid growing up, and want little kids to know they can be authentically themselves. I graduated in 2023, however i'm going to college this august and was looking for a job to earn some money and fill the time in between then and now. I'm looking for anything really, i'm super flexible and just hope I can take some stress off the parents' back! :) In my spare time, I like to draw, read, and play video games. Among some other hobbies such as marine biology, which i'm going to major in!
