I like working with kids because I love their innocence and curiosity about the world. They always want to explore and learn. I'm looking for a job that allows me to build rapport with the family. I love my line of work as it allows me to build connections with the people I work with. I'm looking for a full time, long term placement, I'm flexible and I'm willing to work evenings so my clients can have date nights and time to themselves when advance notice is given. In my spare time, I like to read, swim, and spend time with my loved ones. One thing you should know about me is I am a firm believer in cooperative care and gentle parenting. There are still consequences and kids in my care aren't spoiled but, I don't need to use fear to get them to listen to me. My skills include conflict resolution, high energy play, and CPR/First aid.
