As a natural caregiver, I've always felt a deep connection with children and a desire to positively impact their lives. With three years of experience as a childcare provider, I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor to my role. My passion for child and patient has led me to complete coursework and receive certifications in CPR training and as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I believe in fostering open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and verbal updates. I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferred method, ensuring they are always informed and involved. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and values. My approach to playing with children involves educational games that stimulate their learning and development. I'm comfortable caring for up to one child ranging from 2-9, or 2-3 children ranging from 10-17. My general availability is Monday - Thursday 3-10 and Fridays after 5.
