I've been a volunteer with seniors over the past year and am still very involved in this activity. I've learned so many things from so many of them, and it's so much fun to engage in conversation with them. I teach them things and they teach me. The chance to develop a relationship with another senior is a wonderful thought. Although I am only just turning 58, I love that we can share interests and become friends, looking forward to visits together.
