Lindsey worked for me as a camp counselor of girls ages 7-15 years old. Lindsey stands out because she found that difficult balance of being able to relate to the campers, be their confidante, have fun with them, make fun for them and yet be able to still get things done, always have their safety as a priority and be respected. She is fun, responsible, empathetic, intelligent, creative and can see the big picture. Lindsey would be a wonderful caregiver, I would entrust her with my own son.
