Hi! My name is Lindsey. I have experience in childcare as a babysitter, preschool teacher, nanny, social worker, coach and mom for over 15 years! I have my bachelors degree in Child and Family Development. I've worked long term as a nanny for two families from the time their first baby was born until all of their kids were in school. I have a lot of experience with newborns, babies, toddlers and school aged kids - I even have a 6-year-old and a 9-year-old myself! Unreliable. We hired Lindsey to nanny our 2 yr old son. During our interview we were very clear of our needs which she agreed to & raised no concerns. We were flexible with her needs as well. We had a great 1st week, my son was smitten with her. 2nd week she called out 2/4 days. 3rd week she ghosted us knowing I was 38 weeks pregnant & to be induced at the hospital that week leaving us in a very tight spot with care for our son. Would not hire or count on her to be left alone with your kids.
