For this reference we are asked how do we know Lisa, I would say there are quite a few answers to that question. Has she worked for us? Yes, she has babysat our kids on more occasions than I can count. Is she a friend/family member? Also yes. We have known Lisa since her kids were in the youth group at our church, my wife and I were just married and we were leaders. As life went on we had 4 children of our own and it went from us watching Lisa's kids to her and her kids watching our little ones. We have 3 girls and a boy all between the ages of 3 and 12. When we need a babysitter she is our first call. She has gotten to know each of them and their personalities. She brings over something to do and interacts with them the whole time she is here. She has our deepest trust and respect and I think she is just really great with kids.
