About Lisa

With over 15 years of experience in providing care and support to individuals of all ages, I am dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those I assist. My journey in caregiving began at 12 years old as a mothers helper. Since then, I have had the privilege of working as a camp counselor, daycare employee, date night/overnight sitter and nanny watching children as young as 4 months up to 15 years. I tailor my approach to each age group, prioritizing safety and nurturing with infants/toddlers and engaging in stimulating activities with elementary aged kids. For older children and teenagers, I offer a balance of guidance and autonomy, providing a supportive environment where they view me as a friend as opposed to a strict authority figure. Overall, my goal is to create a positive and enriching experience for children of all ages, ensuring they feel valued and cared for and most importantly safe.
