Lisa was our nanny for nearly 1.5 yrs, primarily for our twin girls (6mo old at the time she started with us) but also for our oldest (nearly 3). Overall, Lisa is a fantastic nanny and I highly, highly recommend her for a family of any age and any size! She intuitively understands what each child needs and brings a positive attitude and a very warm and caring approach every day. She is very empathetic and kind with the kids, but also gently teaches boundaries while helping everyone work towards the appropriate milestones. Lisa has seen it all and we rely on all of her guidance, advice and ideas and would not have been able to get through the past 1.5 years without her. Lisa made our lives easier and our girls were loved and well taken care of! We had to say goodbye because our twins are starting daycare but we would keep Lisa forever if we could.
