About Lisa

I am looking for full time work starting anytime but will be on vacation August 24 - August 30. I received my start as a caretaker for babies and toddlers as the oldest grandchild in a large family. I would go spend time at one of my cousins' houses as babies were brought home and other young children needed care. At age 11, I was helping a family out every day after school after the father passed away. There were four children; the oldest was five and the youngest was a newborn. I babysat through high school, college and even as a young woman while working. I was hired by a family every time they went out of the state or country to stay with their older kids and manage the home. I met the children at the home after my work day and spent the night for a week at a time. I was a Big Sister in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program for several years. I have two adult sons who have graduated from college.
