About Livia

Hi! I'm Livia, an experienced caregiver passionate about teaching and working with children, currently pursuing an elementary education degree at ISU. In high school I took a preschool class sparking my interest in teaching and developing valuable skills. I took the opportunity to take an early education course at the College of Lake County, creating lesson plans and organizing activities. I also interned as a student teacher at Millburn Elementary and regularly babysit a 3-year-old. I worked at a camp last summer and continued as a counselor, interacting with children of various ages. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment and I'm dedicated to provide a positive and enriching experience for children. I am certified in first aid and CPR.
