Liz is an exceptional nanny and childcare worker. She has more than a decade of professional experience. She is a great blend of safety-conscious AND fun-conscious. She knows the risks inherent to the development stages of a wide age-range of infants, babies, and children and knows how to mitigate them. She takes children on fun adventures and outings as well as makes their time in-home joyful. She is very reliable and takes her job seriously. She knows how to communicate professionally with parents and kindly with children and knows how to help children navigate healthy boundaries. She cares deeply for the families she works for and the children she takes care of. 10/10 recommend her.
