About Liza

I am a 62 yr old, former nurse, mother of 4. I went into the field of nursing because of my desire to help others and to spend time with those in need. Although I loved working as an RN, the staffing shortage did not allow me to spend quality time with those patients who needed it most. In 2004, after our youngest child was in school full day, I started my own in-home personal training business, The quality time that I was missing in nursing and the ability to help people to feel better physically and emotionally was now being satisfied. Hobbies include, reading, tennis, gardening, walking, volunteering for Eldernet (FBI cleared). As an individual with a nursing background who is compassionate and passionate about fulfilling the needs of others, you can feel comfortable knowing that your loved ones will be taken care of by someone who cares.
