A very nice lady on the phone. Scheduling difficulties occurred for both of us. A date was finally picked and a reminder call the day before was agreed upon. I didn't hear from her. I sent a text message, no response, no contact the day before. I sent a follow up message that I believed the no communication meant she wasn't coming. The next day, day of cleaning I received confirmation she would not be coming. While very nice and earnest, though scheduled, no cleaning actually occurred.
