Lucia is a great nanny. She was always on time if not ahead her schedule. Very attentive and helpful to meet kids need. Always in great mood and willing to bring her best every single day. No matter what is the hard situation, she knows how to handle and make it easier for the kids. I can't say enough about Lucia's work. My daughter loves her and still asks a lot about her.
