Lucia was Amazing for our family. We were always in full agreement with her as to how to care for our child (from 6 months to 2 years) and Lucia took great care to be a safe, enriching nanny. We are a science/evidence based family, with structure but still a very relaxed parenting style and she was perfect for us (happy to follow our lead, but also not follow our more crazy impulses). She was on-time, cleaned up any mess our child made and cooked meals he loved. Lucia even made extra snacks for our son to eat after she left for the day! Our Laundry was also always done and toys packed away. Covid was tough but Lucia helped us make it work even when both parents were now struggling to work from home. The only reason we stopped was because I (mom) needed to leave my job! We will miss Lucias love, her thoughtfulness, and years of experience that helped guide us as first time parents. Highly recommend.
