I have 12 years of experience in caring for adults. This includes nine years of experience as a direct caregiver as well as a manager of other caregivers at the ARC of Monroe County. In addition, I have three years of experience as a Senior Companion providing direct care to elders. Included in three years as a Senior Companion is experience providing hospice care. I feel the elder population has a great deal to offer. They are rich in experience and often overlooked as valuable members of society.
