Lynn did after school pickup and stayed with my two elementary age kids until dinnertime three days a week for 9 months. She is kind, caring, has a sense of humor, and really puts in the effort to find items of interest to engage kids in her care. She routinely played cards or made art projects with my 7 year old daughter and would engage my 9 year old son on his day and interests. She is a musical person and a volunteer and those interests show in her personality and engagement. She was very flexible about dropping off to appointments if needed and would stay with the kids at the playground as much as possible to get them playing outside. She was extremely dependable and a great communicator even through some schedule changes on my end. Lynn is a gem.
