About Macie

Hi, I am Macie, 22 years old, and going on to my fourthyear of college. I. worked as a CNA for a year then moved on to work in a Special Education Classroom at KMS. I worked with a variety of students but mostly with one particular student who has Autism. I feel as if I learned just as much as he did working with him. I am now more patient than ever, more understanding of children's needs, and most importantly learned that no matter what there are always ways to conquer fear and have fun! I am now currently enrolled in college, fully online, to become a Child Psychologist. I have always loved working with kids and have a lot of experience since I raised my brothers and sisters growing up. I am more than qualified to watch newborns all the way up to high school. My four younger siblings are all a year apart and I would watch them morning-night. I would wake them up to change diapers, bathe them, make bottles and meals, read and interact, drive places, etc. I am CPR/First Aid certified.
