About Madeleine

Hi there, my name is Madeleine, and I'm a responsible, caring, and energetic 24-year-old living in DC. I have always had a passion for childcare and have 8 years of experience. I was also a tutor, so if your child needs help with school, look no further! I have my own car, so transportation is covered. I first started babysitting in high school for 6+ families in my neighborhood and continued when I moved to college. Some of my daily responsibilities included: cooking and preparing meals; light house work, helping with homework; carpool and extracurricular transportation; and ensuring an efficient night-time routine. I'm looking for a part-time position, and my rate starts at $25/hour. I have a hybrid job, so I work from my home in Navy Yard most days; I just have to be in the office on Wednesdays and one other day of my choosing. I'm also available on the weekends.
