After much deliberation, I decided to give care.com a chance when it came time to finding a part time sitter, and I'm so glad we did! We hired Maddy last year for my 2 kids (one toddler, one school aged) while I was going back to school, and the kids took to her instantly! Not only was she great with the actual care of the kids, but she always left the house spotless coming home from classes and the kids would always look forward to her coming over. She was kind, attentive, reliable and so thoughtful when it came to the family, I could not have asked for a better sitter!
