About Madison

I'd describe my personality as understanding, determined, and patient. I like working with kids because I love making a positive impact. I also want to inspire and encourage them to become wonderful human beings. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and challenging to allow me to gain experience as a caregiver. I started working with kids when in the 6th grade volunteering in the kindergarten classes. Then in high school I was in the child development program for three years where I had discovered my passion for child care. Then in my early adulthood I have worked as an instructional aide. I now currently work with incarcerated youth. In my spare time, I like to crochet, read, and bake. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy structure and schedules but am also very flexible. My skills include time management, behavior management, and effective communication.
