Magaly (Maggie) has worked with us for 1.5 year since my baby was 6 months old and she has previously worked with other families too. The things I liked the most about her are that: I trust her with our baby - she is responsible and takes safety seriously. She is always gentle and calm and soft spoken but is able to establish regular routines such as naps, and as parents we actually learned a lot from observing her interaction with our baby. She was able to establish such a loving bond with my baby. She was always engaging, and plan fun activities.
