About Maggie

I have been a consistent babysitter for 6 years now, initially I worked with a family with a 5 mo. baby and 2 y/o toddler and I worked with them for 4 years helping out 3-4 times a week. I was a nanny for one child from age 2 months to 14 months both jobs ended because either they or I moved away. For 3 years I worked at a school for autism volunteering as a classroom aid and helping to start an art therapy program. While there I was working with kids from 6-12 years old every day with ranging special needs. During a gap year I spent 7 months in Peru in a special needs orphanage doing child advocacy work and general caregiving. Most recently, I have been a kitchen manager managing the flow of the day and troubleshooting as issues arise (there are always issues!). I am looking forward to spending time away from the kitchen industry while still being able to nurture and nourish those around me. I look forward to being in touch!
