Hello! My name is Makayla and I've lived in San Antonio for over 10 years now. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and currently pursuing my master's degree in counseling! I have an extensive background in working with kids with Austin Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. I have a passion for working with children and have training in play therapy! My previous jobs include working as a registered behavioral therapist, special education assistant teacher and a substitute teacher for all K-12 grades. I grew up with two working parents and I saw the struggle of finding a solid babysitter first hand. Finding someone trustworthy, patient, and mature can be hard! However, I feel that I obtain all of the following qualities; enjoy doing crafts, helping with homework, and doing what I can to keep kids entertained and safe!
