She applied to my job clearly without reading my job post. Only willing to care for 1 child.. I have 2. My job wed-friday needs… she’s only available Monday Thursday and weekends…. Just didn’t read the post and applied anyway. Not very helpful for someone who is actually trying to sorry though candidates.
