I hired Mandy to care for my father and she absolutely hit it out of the park, starting on Day 1. My father loved her. She instantly won the confidence of every family member who met her. She was loving and supportive of my father through her words, tone, and deeds, and her care and compassion struck me as completely sincere and reassuring and lovingly so. More than that, her experience with dementia situations was immediately obvious: she made substantial recommendations for things like a choking test (he’d had trouble eating) and a bed alarm (at a time when his mobility was in decline and we were worried about him) and other detailed, substantial, extremely helpful ideas that none of us were even aware of, nor thought about. And much much more than that, her regularly communication with me was greatly appreciated. In short: she was the “eyes and ears” there in the house that I was looking for at times when I couldn’t be there, and I couldn’t have asked for more. She far exceeded expectations and I can’t recommend her enough.
