About Maranne

Kids make my day better. I have been in theater working with groups of kids since I was a kid myself. When I perform with a theater group, I always tend to take care of the younger kids and help them learn the all the aspects of the show. For 4 years, I have worked at the Renaissance festival in the games area playing and pretending as part of my daily fun. I hope that my positive and uplifting interactions make a lasting impression on the kids I work with every day. I have worked with a family for 2 years, the kids were 8 and 12, we did homework, meals and fun (of course). I have also worked in a hotel for the past year and have gained experience in household maintenance. My long term goals are to be a part of family and have a positive influence in the children's lives, someone they will always remember. In the future, I want to be a theater teacher and show kids how to come out of their shell, express themselves and use theater as a way to learn life skills.
