Hello! I am a registered nurse of 11 years with experience ranging from orthopedics to neurology to pulmonary and more. I live in Amherst most of the time but I do travel back to NYS where I own a home and my parents live. Here in Amherst I live with my girlfriend, 2 cats, 1 full time dog and 1 part time dog plus 5 goats. My dream job has always been to work in the NICU but for different reasons I have not pursued that yet. I never professionally worked in childcare but I was raised by a special needs preschool teacher, I babysat every chance I could and even now I take my best friends child on day and even overnight trips me with. I am willing to drive with your kids and treat them as my own for whatever time you need. I do work full time as an RN overnights so I am only looking for as needed jobs, not regular and recurring.

We love Marcia! She came several times and Avery squealed with delight when she walked in the door. Marcia is gentle, calm, and trustworthy. She was also punctual and easy to communicate with! A rare find: educated, polite, and great with babies. Avery learned new skills with her, we were all impressed.
