About Marcy

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about amazing Marcy. Marcy has been our nanny for the past year. Our son was five months old when she started, and we credit so much of his growth to her clear knowledge of early childhood development, her love of play, and her incredibly warm and caring nature. The only reason we aren't working with Marcy forever is because we are moving out of state at the end of the summer (otherwise it would truly have been an honor to have her in our family for as long as she would have us). Some extra special details: -Our son didn't take a bottle when Marcy began, despite many different attempted methods. With her partnership and support, he started taking a bottle within the first month of her employment with us. -Our son truly loves Marcy. He lights up when he sees her and is so happy to spend his time with her. We feel so safe leaving him with her. -Marcy has been a rockstar at navigating things like sleep regressions and changes to routine. -She very generously helps to keep our home much tidier than it ever would be without her. -Our dog (who doesn't like most people) loves her too. Sometimes we have to peel the dog away from her so that she can be with our kiddo! -She is creative and full of incredible ideas. I have a masters in child development myself and have genuinely learned so much from Marcy. -I had to have surgery several months back. During my recovery, Marcy filled in the gaps and was an incredible support to us all. We are so grateful for her care and support in our life and we will miss her terribly. Any family is lucky to have her care and support!
