I have been a private duty provider for over 20 years, and I have lots of experience. My first experience in health care was with my father-in-law who was first diagnosed with dementia which later developed into full-blown Alzheimer's. When I have been hired my position with a patient usually is long-lasting. My prior patient died before my last patient I was with her for 9 years and she passed away from Liver Disease. My last patient just passed a month ago from Lung Cancer and was with her for 2 years. My education is lengthy I am a certified MA and CNA. I have my Associates, Bachelors, and Masters, and finally, in 10 months I will have a Doctorate all in Business Health Administration. Duties: Light Housekeeping, Medication reminders, Shopping, Running Errands, Bathing, Light Meal Prep, and accompanying to doctors. I love what I do and am very passionate when it comes to my patients. In final I am allergic to cats.... But love dogs and they are fine.
